After 30 years of showing, raising and sharing our lives with Ibizan Hounds, our hearts have been stolen by Bichons Frise.  Ibizan hounds are wonderful dogs and there will always be a place in our hearts for them ....but there is something  so incredibly special about Bichons. As my friend and mentor Carol Konik once said to me, "people who have Bichons very rarely have any other breed." Working with the coat is a joy for me. My first love was a toy poodle, so I feel like I have come full circle in my life with dogs.

The loving and comical personality of the Bichon is what first attracted us to this breed.
After working with top Bichon breeders Carol and Michelle Konik (Doriann Bichons) for the last six years at Intergroom, I got my first Bichon from them in May of 2004. She came to us as a pet but as time went by it became clear to us that the Bichon Frise was our future in Dog Shows as well as companions.

We are now the proud owners of 6 beautiful Bichons.  As time goes by our friendship with Carol and Michelle broadens and grows. They have been the best possible mentors and friends we could ever have hoped for. I so appreciate their encouragement, support and education. Thank you Carol and Michelle.
